As a colleague in the former Committee Secretariat at County Hall, Stuart was patient, cheerful and kind, with a fabulous sense of humour. I imagine him being just the same as a Dad and Grandad. I don't know anyone here who didn't like him! A Very Nice Man, and a great loss. Theresa Grayell
